Please do not use the term "Cydia store" in your announcements: this product actually cannot be distributed via the Cydia Store (which is used for paid products only) and would not be accepted if it had been put forward for approval as I am not allowed to use PayPal or Amazon Payments to sell emulators. AFAIK, however, the project is free, so you are actually just distributing the software "via Cydia", something anyone can do at any time without consulting with anyone as Cydia Installer accepts any third-party APT repository via URL input. The Cydia Store, however, is a centralized payment system and accounting backend, with all the limits that come from that. (It also thereby implies that the product will be sold, which I do not think it will, which causes further confusion.)
