Based on your reply, you were unable to purchase again from the iTunes Store though you have enough store credits in your account. I fully understand your frustration on this matter as I myself experienced same feeling when I was unable to purchase online. I know how you would like this corrected and be able to regain the ability to purchase from the iTunes Store.
I understand that you have still remaining store credits that you can use in purchasing from the iTunes Store. However Venos, since you’re in a Family Sharing, valid credit card is still required on the organizer’s account to be able to purchase from the iTunes Store. I understand also that you were unable to use your debit card as it is forbidden for the meantime to use for online purchasing due to capital controls on banks. In line with this, you may want to contact your Financial Institution for further guidance or specifically ask on when you can use your card for online purchasing, As soon as this get resolved and you will be able to add your card on your iTunes Store account, this will let regain your ability in purchasing from the iTunes Store.
