I have just purchase the above tweak but I have two problems.
1)When I try to erase my open apps from the switcher ( I use the killbackround tweak and a gesture with activator tweak) there is always one that remains.For example if I have 4 open apps when I use the killbackround it turns off the 3.If I have 7 apps it turns off the 6 of them.The only way to kill the last one is to open-close the switcher and then use again with the killbackround.I have close all the buttons from the sbsettings-mobile subtrate addons and I find that the problem is the zephyr
2)I have try to use the 'application disable' option inside zephyr's settings but every time i try the settings closed and i'm going to homepage

Killing apps is not supported on iOS and does not make sense with the iOS multitasking model. iOS does not have a concept of a running app, and as such killing apps is detrimental to device performance, battery life, and user experience. Zephyr will never support it.
Any issues with selecting applications to disable Zephyr in are issues with the set of applications you have installed and the AppList extension, which Zephyr uses for that pane. You might try using Crash Reporter and sending the developer of App List a crash report for their extension.
