Τα πρώτα reviews συσκευών iPhone Xr έκαναν την εμφάνιση τους μέσα στην βδομάδα και η Apple συγκέντρωσε μερικά από τα θετικότερα σχόλια των Μέσων και μας τα παρουσιάζει:
Το iPhone Xr έρχεται με πλαίσιο αλουμινίου και LCD οθόνη από-άκρη-σε-άκρη τεχνολογίας IPS στις 6.1 ίντσες. Η ανάλυση της οθόνης είναι 1792 x 828 στα 326ppi προσφέροντας μεγαλύτερη οθόνη σε σχέση με το iPhone 8 Plus.

Η πιστοποίηση αδιαβροχοποίησης του iPhone Xr είναι IP67 (1m βύθιση για 30 λεπτά) – σε σχέση με το IP68 των iPhone Xs / Max.
Όσον αφορά τον επεξεργαστή του iPhone Xr η Apple δεν έκανε εκπτώσεις, καθώς χρησιμοποιείται ο A12 Bionic που είδαμε στα μεγαθήρια της οικογένειας iPhone Xs / Max. O A12 Bionic υπόσχεται “θαύματα” στον τομέα της φωτογραφίας καθώς οι αυξημένες υπολογιστικές του δυνατότητες θα βελτιώσουν αισθητά τα πορτρέτα (bokeh effect) αλλά και τις λήψεις κινούμενων θεμάτων.
Επιπλέον, μία νέα λειτουργία προσφέρει τη δυνατότητα παραμετροποίησης του βάθους πεδίου – αφού έχει ληφθεί η φωτογραφία!
